The Job

What it takes to join the team

You drive a provided delivery van on a set route in the Philadelphia area, delivering packages safely and on time. It is active, independent, physical work, and we set you up to succeed at it.

You will need

  • To be at least 21 years old
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • To pass a background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen
  • To commit to at least one weekend day per week

Helpful, not required

  • Prior delivery, driving, warehouse, or customer service experience
  • Comfort lifting and carrying packages throughout a shift
  • A great attitude. We hire for character and train for skill
